- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup lakanto golden sweetener
- 3 tablespoons dark cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp banana extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 crumbled Heka Good Foods Banana Walnut Bread Bar
1. Coat 6 silicone donut molds with cooking spray
2. Spoon batter in. Place on a baking sheet
3. Tap the tray on counter a few times
4. Bake for 16 min at 350
Drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate chips, if desired, and sprinkle with walnuts and chocolate chips. Chop remaining bar into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
