Low Carb Pumpkin Bread

This amazing Low Carb Pumpkin Bread by @livingleanwitherin features our seasonal Pumpkin Pie bars

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Lakanto Golden
2 TBS coconut flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1 TBS melted coconut oil or butter
1 Heka Good Pumpkin Bar, chopped small 


Crumble:
3 TBS almond flour
1 TBS Lakanto
1 TBS softened butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Heat oven to 350F.
Whisk dry ingredients. Stir in wet. Stir in bar crumbles.
Line an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan with parchment. Place batter in loaf pan.
Stir crumble ingredients together. Crumble on top.
Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing.
