Crust Ingredients:

  • 12g melted butter
  • 74g PB Chocolate Chunk @hekagoodfoods bar crumbled in food processor (about 1.5 bars)

Directions:

  1. Mix butter & Heka crumbles well and press firmly/evenly into a parchment-lined mini springform pan.
  2. Set aside.


Filling Ingredients: 

  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 3 tsp creamy @crazyrichardspb
  • 2 T Heavy whipping cream
  • 2.5T powdered @lakanto monkfruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer.
  2. Spread evenly over crust
  3. Refrigerate over night.

 

Top Layer Ingredients:

7 tsp strawberry @natures.hollow jam spread even over cheesecake filling & refrigerate for a couple more hours if you want it to set.

OPTIONAL:
Drizzle melted @choczero chocolate chips on top.
