- 12g melted butter
- 74g PB Chocolate Chunk @hekagoodfoods bar crumbled in food processor (about 1.5 bars)
- Mix butter & Heka crumbles well and press firmly/evenly into a parchment-lined mini springform pan.
- Set aside.
- 4oz cream cheese
- 3 tsp creamy @crazyrichardspb
- 2 T Heavy whipping cream
- 2.5T powdered @lakanto monkfruit
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer.
- Spread evenly over crust
- Refrigerate over night.
